we are

Alvord‑Richardson Construction originated in the early 1960s, founded by Walt Texmo. In 1965, the company was acquired by Reg Alvord and Bill Richardson. In the early days of Texmo Buildings, the slogan “We Cover the West” reflected how our crews traveled throughout the West Coast constructing buildings far and wide. Today, we focus our work locally, serving Whatcom, Skagit, and San Juan Counties.
