About Us

Reg Alvord started Alvord-Richardson Construction in 1965. His son Jeff and daughter Kim started working for the company in 1978 alongside their father.  Reg retired from the company several years ago.  

Jeff continues to carry on the family business with his son in law Dane.

Melisa Draper

Melisa started with the company in 2001. She is the smiling face as you enter our office door. She is knowledgeable of the building process and can assist you with getting a quote from our salesman. Melisa handles all bookkeeping, draws our plans and applies for permits.
