| Reg Alvord started Alvord-Richardson Construction in 1965. His son Jeff and daughter Kim started working for the company in 1978 along side their father. Reg retired from the company several years ago. Jeff and Kim continue to carry on the family business. |

Melisa started with the company in 2001. She is the smiling face as you enter
our office door. She is knowledgeable of the building process and can assist
you with getting a quote from our salesman. She handles accounts payable/
receivable along with many other clerical tasks including drawing plans.
